Home Staging is a must in helping buyers visualize a potential lifestyle!
My mission: to create a first impression that will make the difference between “I want to buy” or “we move on to the next one.”
Selling a home is a stressful process and sometimes you can feel overwhelmed. My goal is to help you ease into the process and to prepare your home so that you can sell quickly and for as much money as possible!
But does it really work? Well yes! Sometimes just small changes make a huge difference in the buyer’s outlook. For example, changing the color of the walls to a softer color will brighten up the room and create a whole new vibe.

We will do a complete walk through of the house and bring recommendations in colour choices, furniture placement and accessories to add.
No need to take notes, I will make sure you have everything written down before I leave your house.
PHOTO READY CONSULT
up to 1 hour
$125*
This is the day pictures are taken or the day before.
We will go room by room and make sure your house is picture perfect. I will leave a few reminders to take care of before every visit.
LET’S DO THIS TOGETHER!

This service is perfect if you have a short time before your home is put up for sale.
We will do the work together, room by room. No written report will be necessary; all the work will be done before I leave.
SHOPPING
$75 / hour*
This service is offered after a Home Staging consultation. I will provide you with a list of reasonably priced items to purchase or I can do all of it for you, including the installation.
* Prices can be adjusted according to the size of the house or the number of rooms.
VACANT STAGING
Packages
Empty homes always stay on the market longer, making it difficult for a buyer to visualize the potential of each room. When visiting a vacant home, we tend to notice any little flaw or detail that detracts from a home’s value.
I work with companies that specialize in renting furniture, accessories or appliances. After a first evaluation of the house, a proposal will be given to you including an estimate of the furniture rental costs.
HOME STAGING CONSULTATION

I will do a full tour of the house and recommendations will be made regarding furniture and accessory rentals.
SELECTION AND INSTALLATION
$75 / hour
I’ll take care of everything!
From the selection of furniture and accessories to delivery and removal once the house is sold!
